Hi Kes, how are you my friend? This is a great abstract with a wonderful play of light and shadow, it almost looks like lettering on the rocks. Has a kind of eerie feeling to it, I guess that's the effect of the lighting and the tones, very nicely done...Linda

This has been rotated left 90 degrees.
It is the shadows of thick bladed grass on rocks.
Direct sunlight, shot standing and looking down
on the rocks with the sun coming in beside my shoulder (as I recall).
The rock on the right (as seen above) is the near rock; the others are farther away.

Fabulous composition Kes.

My first quick thought was Indian cave painting, which was somewhat reinforced by your title (bulls depicted in cave pantings at Altamira). But in the end I am mystified as to what I am looking at, ... maybe best to leave it that way.
