Thanks, everyone for the comments! I agree about the sky, unfortunately it was an overcast day, with no opportunity to retake the shot,but I liked the colour on the tree, what can you do!

colors are really lovely and they are worth to present;
what I would change is the sky cause it is really overexposed and there are no details there; another thing is light - there is almost no light on that tree so it seems to be flat;
if I can suggest something, I would try once again at the sunset or sunrise with lovely sky; warm filter would be great as well;

Dave,
I agree with Krystian about the sky... in fact I had the same resulte in many photos (you got a good result in your photo called "colours!"). But you were very luck with the nice composicion and contrast (orange, green and dark house).
