Dave,

There has been of more recent times a move to create some quite wonderful and eye-pleasing architecture in all sorts of places in the world. I'm very glad we moved away from the "box" like constructions of the '60s and '70s. The 2nd Severn Bridge (a pictureofwhich I posted yesterday, appears to use very similar design principles.

Oh - and the photo is excellent as well!

cool perspective Dave. The contrast of the ultra blue sky and the architectural aspect of this building makes your photo very dramatic.

Dave Stacey Dave Stacey   {K:150877} 2/12/2005
Here's a shot of the whole thing, Del. It's a pedestrian bridge which runs parallel to a four lane vehicular bridge, and the plan is to put a restaurant in the center section where the windows are. It was very controversial because of the cost involved putting in water and sewer lines etc. to the enclosed area.
Thanks for your comments!
Dave.

Fascinating photo. I am trying to find some way to judge the size and fit it in it's surroundings. It the tower just an artistic addition or is it functional. Del.
