I had to scoll all the way down to make sure I had not yet commented on this excellent photo, Dave. And excellent it is, well composed, lit, all its features in focus and the flag on top adding a colored icing. Thank you for your very kind comments on my "From the field 1", my "Incredible edible eggplant" and my "From above." I have to thank Rachel for the two latter ones. Best regards, Rafi

Hi Dave,
Beautiful capture and composition. This building is one of four design by David Ewart. The shot you have is of the Connaught Building currently being used by Revenue Canada. The other three building are, The Mint on Sussex Drive, The Victoria Memorial Museum Building (Nature Museum) on McLeod street, and The Dominion Observatory on the grounds of Agriculture Canada's Experimental Farm/ Agriculture museum. You picked one of the best and interesting buildings in Ottawa, but I highly recommend checking out the others! You will be suitably impressed. Great work Dave!
