Perfect, not only the contrast of the colors here between the vivid colors of boat-man into the grey water BUT ALSO the way the water is soooooo waveless (like...oil...) and the way the waves made by the boat, looks like that is the ONLY thing that is in motion here, really amazing photo Dave.
Best regards!

Excellent shot! The perfectly still water makes a perfect background for the kayaker and his wake. Well done.

Excellent work Dave. What I like about this photo is the colors and the photo just "pops".

I love this image! What an amazing capture! Striking contrast of the colors against the black of the water. I like the wake in the glassy water. Excellent clarity!

whoa...sooooo nice...I could do a hydrodynamic study of the wake he's making with his oars...that's how good and sharp this shot is!

Wow fantastic capture, surely and largely because of the 100% calm water around the boat .. great .. regards, Peter

Excellent!!! I normally do not like an image that is so centered, but for this is works perfectly. This image would not have been nearly so powerful if there had been a breeze or a ripple on the water. Great angle, great subject, greaet colors, well captured! It is a pleasusre to see!!
