Gary, you actually hit on something I didn't think of ... I'm trying to get AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE. Then I HAVE TO SHRINK or crop the image from 2000 x 1312 to 500 x 500 ... I loose detail when I do this. Yep ... it would be better to back up and try my dof that way and just crop to desired frame instead of shrinking. I already reshot mushroom 002, since it's in my backyard, before I read your post. ( Ahhh the joys of digital! )

Rich really nicely framed and exposed .....lighitng is cool...Dof is an issue here.this needed to include all of the first part of the stool and part of the second...
