I like it for a strange impression of lightness: It seems to me like a piece of Shuttle launch framework and the clouds line in the sky amplify this sensation. Still great details and grey tonal variation improved by means of the strong sharpness.

You just made me happy linda, now I am ready for a glass of wine to cheer that comment (look at my excuse to drink...haha) Some people don't think we should ever take a B&W picture right out of our camera but this one was, as it were most of the ones from Coney Island with very minimal adjusting on PS.

Well dear Julie, there are images and then there ARE images...and this is ONE of them, excellent my dear...wow. Great clarity and tones that I've come to expect in your images. How are you getting these tones, in camera, or PS? And the angle coming into the frame and of course the perspective is superb! The sharpness, great, and the sky with some interest makes a wonderful backdrop...you are so talented my dear...Big hugs!! :)

That thing is surrounded by a fence John so I couldn't get very close, my friend was laughing at me as I was contorcing my body all over the place to get good angles...it was pretty funny...haha!
