Excellent point of view, so you use very nicely the two sides of the docks at the right and left side of the photo to bring more ballance and to add even more interesting here than just a seascape at the foreground, very good deepness at the tones of the building that adds mood, for that surely the backlight support by the sun works well, very good quality and clarity, elements that needed into a cityscape greyscale photo.
