About: Welcome
Lynn was born in Montreal and still lives in that very cosmopolitan city. Her original choice of training was in Special Care Counselling. She worked in numerous capacities in the field for many years.
Lynn earned several college credits in Professional Photography. She currently expresses artistically by way of the digital painting medium using several sophisticated software applications, as well as in photography. She is proficient in Corel Paint Shop Pro V 8, Corel Paint V.10, Adobe PhotoShop Elements, ArcSoft Photo Studio, Photo Pos Pro. She has some skills in Apophysis and Terragen, Her style is eclectic. Her images reflect reality and abstract. She currently has over 1000 (one thousand) artworks in her portfolio.
In these times of many worldly challenges, Lynn strives to create artwork indicating gentleness and peace. Her artwork is a reminder to herself as well as to others that much beauty really does exist in this world we all share. It is her hope, both artistically and philosophically, that every single person can experience beauty and peace within themselves and throughout their entourage.
Lynn views the artwork of others on a daily basis. She derives much inspiration from the many talented artists around the globe.
Lynn had 2 works of art displayed in the temporary exhibit of community services at The Montreal Museum Of Fine Arts. Many of her works have been displayed in not for profit community centres. She has participated in craft fairs.
With her artwork, Lynn creates Greeting Cards, Frames, Journals, Sketch Books, and Bookmarks. Some of her creations have been ordered and sent as gifts to recipients in Canada, The United States Of America, and Europe.
Lynn is currently working an extensive artwork series entitled WINTER WHITE LOTUS.
