A very slight glow from the lamps would be the icing on the cake. Have a word with the park maintenance workers ;)
Really a lovely moody scene.
I did some shooting the couple of weeks ago of a very stark rusty railroad bridge over a river. It was extremely misty at the time. Also, no lights. The effect was a very stark industrial, heavy mood. The beauty is completely missing. Just a completely different mood. I'll post one. You will see what I mean.
