About	Several friends have asked for plain vanilla shots of Japan--not picture postcard Japan. Here's one. This is where I catch the train for my one-hour commute to the office. This was a quiet Sunday morning, so no bustling crowds... The little building on the extreme right is a police box. Japan believes in community policing, and these boxes are everywhere...

I'm greatly encouraged by your kind comment, Keith. As you may have noticed, this shot isn't exactly causing Usefilmers to drool... [wry grin]

The Widelux is like a rather delicate old lady, very well brought up but a little finicky and temperamental, but still quite lovable. If you ever get one you'll know what I mean. A very distinctive character!

That widelux camera is amazing. I have to have one ;-)

I too like the 'daily life' type shots as well as the postcards. They are so different to scenes in the west.
