About He may be bricked up, but he's not neglected, the flowers looked fresh, and the red bib shows he is revered as a Buddha who cares for children. I wondered about cropping closer, but thought I'd leave more of the brickwork showing to give a sense of the actual location. Such Budhhas are not nearly as common as shrines to Our Lady in catholic countries.

I haven't seen a Budda shrine like this before. I never knew that a red bib meant a caring for children. So, I learned something today.
