No wire but be sure it is watched very wel via satellite. Or not.
One day I wanted to do service on the royal clinic in taif and the guard put a rifle to my head. As if I were a danger hahahah. He was a bit upset that day but i never forget that rifle pointed at me. All ended well.

dear Harry,they use the very same wires,our streets are filled with those wires but in an extreme condensed forms,and the funny thing,I have crossed the borders between Iraq and Turkeys,It is devoid from any wire,my best, Saad.

OK Saad, would also be impossible to have the border with Iraq in Istanbul. Not impossible but not now. And the occupation forces would use high walls ...
