Rina - Thanks. It's hard for me to believe that's tree bark--some kind of palm tree I think--encrusted with green moss (or whatever).

Well actually, the fact that the focus is short here coupled with the colour of the moss and tilted perspective, gives an overall underwater look to the scene. A bonus, in my opinion. Nice.

Kemal--ah, my plane of focus is a little short of target, but this is more difficult to do with a point-and-shoot. No TTL makes seeing where the plane of focus is very difficult. Ah, of course you know that well. I admire our macro work. Very creatively inspired. Thank you for your compliment.
