About No PS work. No post-processing work. No digital manipulations of any kind except that I have done a small amout of color work (see thread for original).

Camera motion only--pure luxagraphia.

This photograph (8235) was shot on 4 May 2007.

This is the first in a series of eight where I have used a shot glass interposed between my lense and the subject, using loxagraphic techniques, to generate unique visual effects.

Thanks for stopping by for a peek. I look forward to your questions, comments, and criticisms.

:-) The master of disguise? Only happy to help you getting some audience on such a day. I would be there myself if I had lived in the area. Itīs just that a journey across half the planet for 20 minutes of talk seems a bit crazy:)
I prefer the original version - the colours are more balanced and appealing.

Annemette - That's great news. I'll try not to disappear suddenly afterwards. Maybe you'll make the next one.

Here is the un-color-corrected version of this shot (un-rotated too).

I almost get the feeling that this could be a supernova exploding in colours.
My friend from Seattle is going to stop by the Henry Art Gallery after I told him about you.
Take care, luxpoet
