Great shot,so sharp and perfectly composed.The colours are fantastic.Don't much like the frame,it's too interesting and draws my eye away from the flower and all along the edge!Wonderful macro.

Congratulations on buying a great camera. I shoot everything in RAW format. About the only thing that I do is increase the exposure by +.3 . I am currently on vacation. I am sure that this is about the only setting that I have changed. I use auto white balance. A lot of the settings will be personal preference. I have found that RAW format allows me to correct for some of the exposure errors that you get from time to time. It is very forgiving. If at any time I can be of help let me know. This is a fine closeup Don, fine colors and detail. I just purchased the D70 after doing some research. Are you shooting NEF Raw at all or just fine jpegs?
