Mary this is wonderful...it has a very majestic look to it...lots of drama in the sky and I absolutely love all the dead trees and branches making their presence known on the horizon. This is just fantastic really...the size of the sky and the rays in comparison to the house and the branches...it's perfect...Excellent perspective and contrasting, and I think it makes this a very strong image....Love it....your work is such a joy to look at Mary.....hugs...:):)Linda

Wonderful crepuscular rays Mary! The contrast between the dark clouds and sun highlights is striking.
While we travelled last Saturday, we also noticed these rays but we weren't able to compose a photo.

Joggie, thanks for your comment. I appreciate suggestions to improve. I do agree that a little more foreground would work better. However, I had no more in my picture and I wanted to include the forground for perspective and to show the rays shining on the house. So,even though it is not quite the way it should be, I thought I thought I would add it.

Very dramatic skyscape Mary. The rays are beautiful and the colours very natural. I would either include a little more foreground at the base just to properly anchor the image or crop it out altogether. Great otherwise. Kind regards.

I agree, Girish, it would be better if the house were not cut off. However, when I downloaded my pictures, this is what there was. I thought the rays looked good, so I posted it even though the house is cut.
