Yes, I understand your position very well Peta. I am much the same, in fact I have only recently started shooting digital colour. Previously I was only happy shooting B+W film for my landscapes.

Thanks Richard, I actually struggle with the whole digital art side of photography. I only know the very basics with PS, and make it more of a priority to get the image I want upfront.

oh wow thanks peta... thats really kind of you to say that..... after seeing the original you have cropped this really well, ( although it would still look great uncropped) yes i have seen these before too, but not sure what their called, my hubby would know, he's into the flowers and garden stuff.....
do some more... i like these, i'm not really a flower person either, but i do photograph them everynow and then and give them away as presents to family...
