About Subject background: Ellis Island, a landing gate, and a wide angle view to the south Manhattan. It seems that one can walk on water.

PS concept: Changed the toning, worked on levels.

As always: Honest feedback highly appreciated.

Great lines and excellent perspective... Love how the bridge looks, it seems that you can go into Manhattan just walking... Love the lines and the extreme wide angle worked excellent for the composition.... Excellent work with the shadows also...

Well done my friend!!!!

Cheers,

MaLuisa

great lines. i really like the contrast between the two railings...one white, one black-not sure why that stands out so much to me. anyways, a very cool shot.

Cool shot! It's interesting to see Manhattan so small...so close and yet so far away.

Oh my - such a shot. Ok, first of all i really like how you composed the image so that we (I) have a strong feeling of that this bridge reach all the way to Manhattan. Manhattan seems also sooooo small, and pherhaps it needs to do sometimes - if you see what i mean? :) The shadows on the bridge, here in the bottom, frame the bottom part superbly in my opinion. Interesting with one fence side in white and the other in nearly black! Great tonality!
