No, the paint isnt permenant. It's henna(a plant ground into powder and then made into a paste)
Depending on how strong its mixed it will last anywhere from 1 week to a month and a half!!

Good going if it's your own hand! I know how hard it is to get it right, and then in B&W knuckles end up looking like tin foil. I think the glass in the background is a bit distracting, but otherwise a lovely composition and well done.

yep...it is blurry. Little focusing space was kind of unavoidable with this lense though since it was MY hand...lol. (oops...guess i should have said that!!) Im workin on some more "hand" Portraiture though...this time useing OTHER people's hands..LOL.
