About	It looks cluttered but that's where these Anhingas hang out to swoop down on fish in the water. They dry their wings opened like that because their wings are so oily. To the left was a gater eyeing him but couldn't get him in the pic as well.

It's a bird called an Anhinga that lives in Florida. Gets it's food by diving under water for fish. Also called
American darter, black darter or snake bird.
