A very standard shot of the Church at Bourtange, the owners might be happy with it; I am very curious as to what people think of the composition. I thought of starting a crop at the bottom of the right side of the church-roof, but the tree would then have 'wedged' it open. I found that the chimney was a nice position away from the steeple and the steeple itself nicely in thirds. The cloud helps bring out the depth of the sky. The perspective of the gutter in the foreground seems to line up with the bevels of the church, but these are cropped just too early. Does this composition work?
Jep, dit was al een maand of wat geleden. Is een mooie fort. Ze gingen ook een kanon afschieten, de paarden een kilometer verderop sloegen op hol. Ik hoop dat de premiere van Bourtange op usefilm voldoende was?
