Its not really a filter. A hue-unsaturation layer with a mask for the bicycle, the bicycle was initially red, obviously. Thereafter a levels-sepia layer. Then diffuse glow (both normal and inverse). Perhaps the inverse glow made it a little thick. The sepia level might also undo the 'red-BW' contrast.
As for the lens, the barrel distortion is indeed a shame... I'm saving up for a better one.

bad lense...hihi...I would say: good PS - manipulation. I think I know this filter...it looks very nice..but the red colour of the bicycle disappears a bit for beeing a "red bicycle" series.
