Amazing! I love the bright, crisp color. Set against the white background, it really sets it off. The selective focus adds a lot of depth to the image, and yet it?s tack sharp where it needs to be.

If you were asking if I am a professional, I have to tell you unfortunately I am far from it. I do make some cash on portrait jobs, but it is not my full time career. I work for a record company. :)

when there is enough focus sometimes a larger aperture is not needed. you have here proper focus on the head and shoulders. which is enough. the rest isn't that interesting anyway. you got a great white background. nice work.

Beautifull capture Peta. Well, your DoF may be a litle bit short but the colour is awsome.. A smaller aparature on the oterhand might had forced you to use an even longer shutter, and who knowes, maybe the betle would have gone away then.
