Haven't been to Melbourne in a while but this is really a nice vantage point to shoot from to bring the old and new together. Works really well and makes Melbourne look great. I was totally fried (jetlag) so I didn't get up to 100% speed until Sydney/Cairns - next time.Take Care, Mark

Great, sharp image. I love the gold to silver transition as your eye moves left to right. Congrats! Please keep sharing!

Steve.

Nice one mate. Never been to Melbourne, only the airport. Would love to see it though.

Thanks P. You've got me thinking I should go back to that spot at night now! The lights would look cool.

Pretty cool. Even those hanging cables with lights look good. Nice umbrellas too!

Cheers

Great shot very well named. I think the contrast between old and new in cityscapes can make for some of the best subjects. Well captured and presented, Peta.
