About	A Chinese Leopard presses the fence of its enclosure at the Toronto Metro Zoo. The facility is top notch and the animals recieve only the best of care, but it is hard not to feel a touch of sadness while reflecting on this big cat's fate.

I'd rather see the animal caged than not at all. Hopefully there will be some major conservation efforts made for the asian varieties of Leopard.

Thanks guys; especially Artie for using the "B" word.

A friend of mine saw this image for the first time yesterday and remarked that he wasn't sure which side of the cage the Leopard was on. Seems his perspective includes the possibility that perhaps it was the viewer that was caged, with the big cat looking in.

Great Shot John...normally I would not like to see a shot of a caged animal but the fencing works really well in this image.......the focus is beautiful as we ll as the composition and the lighting....truly A FANTASTIC IMAGE...congradulations.......THIS IS "BALLS"
