Alisa, first of all, congratulations on being chosen as the featured... well.. everything today! :) This is a wonderfully moody shot that does a great job depicting the seedier, less pleasant side of a beachside 'happy place'. The Holga just adds to the effect, making it look as though seen through bleary, heavy lidded eyes. Nice work!

Beautiful. Pinhole sense. When i see this kind of pics i really believe that i am so tired of seeing fine printed or digital-almost real-perfect images. :-)

Alisa.. I am happy to have conversed with you tonight on the usefilm chat.
I like the isolation in this capture... and as usual your buildings say more with their b&w condensation than they could ever say with color. There are many elements that build the strength of this capture.
Nice work.

This seems like such a sad and lonely image, almost unpleasant to look at for some reason. I think it would be better to have had entire sign in picture. Hope you're not discouraged by my comment. :) .......Randy

Alisa, i think I like the sepia version better... It was flashed for a while and I guess you changed it... However, I see your touch on this picture all over.
Elangs.
