I have always maintained that the absolute WORSE place a person can go for depression is a psyche ward or "councilor" or "shrink." So many people today are walking around like zombies on mind altering drugs for "depression" and they are worse for it. Much of this can be helped with change of diet, change of surroundings and strong faith in God. If I am sad about something as we all are from time to time I go out into my gardens to work and I talk to the Lord. That's all I need. That's my belief. That's my cure. God bless you Harry :)

Oh, let me tell you the following, it is embedded in our society and health care as well.
In feb 2007 I voluntarily went to a psych dept of a nearby hospital. When at a given moment in the weekend I had to cry, the nurse told me it was not wished to cry in the premises and when I wanted to cry I had to go to my own room.
I 'escaped' after 9 days.
Never in my live I will go there again, THEY are SICK, not me !

Thank you Harry, I tend to do just the opposite and speak my mind. People today are far too easily offended at the littlest things. We have become a society of thin-skinned wimps who cannot take any kind of criticism no matter how constructive and truthful it may be. Thankfully I'm not one of those :)

Thanks for your comment. My hairstyle has not changed, I still wear it long. As for the previous sp...it was meant to be more intense in nature. I am surprised at how few comments are made on photos considering how many views there are. A photo can have many views and only 1 or 2 comments, which seems odd, why bother looking if you do not comment?? It's impossible to learn to improve one's work if there is no constructive criticism. Be well...
