I posted this ages ago on the other photosite but I don't think you ever made a comment on it, come to think of it...the Eternity piece was also posted there at Easter. You've just not been in evidence much anymore

Song bird, This is your finest hour yet. I could not do any better. It reminds me of the American artist Norman Rockwell in a way. He use to take a photo and then draw. You should get this printed and I bet it would sell dam good. SB. ;) Carl

Hi Saad...it could very well be an American Indian name so you were not all that wrong, just I have no Indian blood that I know of!

Thank you Armando. Songbird is simply my webname for this site. But it has a special meaning. The songbird is the Nightingale. The original spelling of my family name means nightingale in Italian, French and a similar spelling in Spanish also. I have only just learned this recently. also, my parents both had beautiful singing voices, likewise my sister and I have made a living over the years singing and playing music. Songbird seemed a logical and easy web name to remember.

However , I like this farmer plowing his fields. The picture has been taken in a unusual way . Very dynamic !
Excellent.

I swear that I knew it was an Amish before I read your about. do not underestimate this ,for an Iraqi to distinguish Amish from an image that is great advancement for an Iraqis of course, very nice panning.
