Cute shot, Cas, but as others have already observed, the white fur is a little burnt out. With animal shots such as this, where there's white fur or feathers in bright sunlight, it's always worth stopping down a notch or two.

The portion of the fur in the sunlight is too "hot" but the face detail is excellent and this kitten is cute enough to melt the heart of the hardest individual.
Nice pet potrait.
