Thanks for (as always) the usefull advice.
I was not set up for the pic. and had to shoot as fast as i could and did not get the wing in.
Your "Ruby Rain" and "Milk Tray" makes me jeoulous
because I tried some black coffee in a white cup..........no success.

Hi Cas! A lovely image which I see you have CC'd. I know you're interested in detailed comments, so here goes...
I like the surprised look on the guy's face and the contrast between the movement in the further wing and the sharp detail on the closer wing. The strip of grass and lined background provide a perfect setting that all works well in B&W.
Perhaps a pity you did not manage to get the whole of the closer wing in the shot, and some of the white feathers (especially on the head) are just a little blown out. A typical problem with shots such as this, and it is often worth stopping down a half or whole notch in order to reduce this effect. (Unless you are shooting RAW, in which case you can often correct this in post-processing.)
Overall, a very pleasing shot that caught my eye (obviously, as otherwise I wouldn't be here!)
