Oooh, I like the post-processing you did on this, the colors really work well, Vandy. Good job! Hope to see some more of these old buildings, too. This looks so much like the types of old houses you see in the American west.

Best wishes,
Dave

Hi Vandi and many many thanks for your detailed description of your method. I am especially grateful since most of the people wouldn't even care to say what they did, because they were just... playing around!!!! ;-)

This image has a very distinct look since it does look strange and yet so familiar.

Best wishes,

Nick

Hi Nock.
Thank you for your comments.

I used 2 layers in Corel PSP 10: one containing original image and second with the same image negatived; the second image (on top) had 'difference' blend mode.

Well done effects on your shot, Vandy! You've made it look like an architectural drawing.
Dave.

Now, that's something special here, Vandi, and it speaks its own language!

On the one hand we have something that resembles a split of a second before the shining of an atomic explosion lets the old house disappear, and on the other hand it also could be the same house but on a very different and strange world of strong UV-light.

The crispyness of the details is now much stronger - how did you achieved that?

Very nice work and surely much more than the usual games with filters!

Nick
