Marian - Thanks. Glad you like it. The red obviously is from a large neon sign. The trees are actually shadows on a wall.

Maria - Thanks. The neon-style tube lights usually create fabric-like textures. So creating the silken wings was nearly natural. The inclusion of the shadow of the tree was a bit more complex.

It has a very calm feel- like a sheet of red silk draped over a window as the dying rays of the sun peer through what might be blinds underneath. The barely-there silhouetts of the trees add a touch of mystery. Very nice.

Roger - Thanks. This one was tricky. I was sweeping across a large Dick's sign (burger joint) then pointing my camera at a shadow of a tree on a wall across the street--and I only had 3/5 of a second to make both captures.

Okay I´m typing typing with two fingers as always - This photo makes me think of a room at night or maybe in the morning just lying there watching the last or first light and seing and hearing the motion of the trees outside. Lots of pleasant atmosphere.
Best wishes
Annemette
