I think you've exposed this beautifully!
I like the composition and the amount of colour you've captured - the purply blue in the sky, the green and red in the building and the yellow lighting - I think it's a really pleasing image.
Unless it's jpeg compression, I'd be tempted to run the blur brush over the noise in the sky - but that's only a minor point - it really is a super image.

I would love to see these up close...they look like very interesting subjects Jason, but I can see that it would be hard to shoot them individually and get a good result. it makes a great night shot though, and I like the mood of it a lot.

This one seems to have more detail. I might suggest that you intensify the sky a bit to give it more drama. I have worked it a little. Don.
