This is truly a splendid shot. You capture both the 'real' (sunset) and the 'artificial' light here remarkably well. The degree of detail is, likewise, fabulous; it provides a wonderfully 'textured' feel to this moody cityscene.

Lightroom is great for the run of the mill stuff right up to split toning, i'm only bringing shots in PS to do deeper level stuff.

I would zoom in just a little, to have the water's edge intersecting both corners. Otherwise the composition, balance and detail are spectacular.
