Love the angle, it creates a beautiful and unusual perspective. The soft light softens the colours and makes the vegetation carresing the columns look sensual.Beautifully shot, indeed!

Great perspective, Doyle! Very well seen!

Just remembering your art work with the columns and time, the small tree growing around the columns makes me remember that time goes by... New trees can be planted, new shots can be taken, and the columns still there. :)

Well done!

Best wishes,
Renato

Absolutely stunning. I would have thought that you actually went to Italy or Greece! The perspective is splendid showing the splendour of the architecture.
Best wishes,
Annemette

It's not just you . . . it was VERY peaceful feelings all about. The other four photogs there weren't even talking and Marlyce and I were mostly silent . . . but for the ocassional whispered comment. And yet . . . wwe're outdoors and no restriction to prevent noise . . . just a feeling that transcended us all of calm and still tranquility.

Thanks for commenting.

Another beautiful image Doyle... very nice composition and fall colors... with that beautiful Blue sky !!!
It is probably just 'me' but for some reason these giant Columns besides being beautiful seem to give off a peaceful , tranquil emotion... maybe it's from looking at pictures in books , don't know but this is how I feel about them.

Very nice composition here, Doyle! I like the way you've framed the building between the columns, and the colums among the foliage.
Dave.
