Yes it is happening here already some were forced to ahve an early retirement some were not renewed some have to look for job elsewhere due to increase pressure but for some like me stick and waiting for the unknown:(.but hey cant complain still got a job right?But hope NHS future will be brighter in the coming years.Thanks for the comment

I'm so sorry to hear about the NHS, dear Mary:(
Although not yet computerized at the time I was there (1969-70) the British were very proud of their NHS. Despite other comments, I think the bleak sky fits the general atmosphere of what you're trying to say.
Thank you so much for your comments. I'm afraid it's a bit late for me to go again to Pagsanhan. My traveling afar days are over. But you go & enjoy it. It's quite an adventure. I was told the "Apocalypse Now" was filmed in that region.
The photo you commented on was of a weed lit from behind by intense sunlight. I love this sort of playing with sunlight & when there's none, I try to compensate with a ring flash (a small flash that goes on the lens).

A nice architecture picture with a lovely point of view and fine points! I would prefer a shot with blue sky, but notice please it is just individual taste.
