Nice emphasiszing ! In some ways this macro appears like an eye-ball... You know what I mean ? It is the eye of the flower itself..but in this shot my first thought was an actual eye with the pupil, some viens maybe , and unique color. I really like this . My comments might have confused you but I was just trying to explain the feeling it gave me.
I have truely enjoyed the sun-flower series .
