Thanks Ray . . . I did imagine the molten glass commanded a bit of respect. It certainly got mine! I'm sure Heather will be relieved to know you'll not be doing this sort of thing at home . . . besides being less dangerous, photography seems to be cooler work too! )

Excellent action in this shot my dear friend and taken at a 1/30th the men were working at quite a speed judging by that very pleasing blur. Molten glass needs a great deal of respect and I promise I won't try this at home Uncle Doyle:):) My very best wishes to you as always.....Ray

At home I do my glass with a sponge, not possible with this one I suppose? LOL. Great capture here Doyle, the slow shutterspeed show us the movement in this picture. Good work, and nice framing too, I like it a lot. Take care,
Klaas

Thanks Mary . . . I wouldn't mind giving it a shot either . . . though they make it look much easier than it likely is!! :)

I'd love to try it at home! It is just fascinating working glass. Had a go once in Waterford, but I was useless! Couldn't believe the speed and the heat. This one I like to see the movement and that beautiful colour Doyle.

Very nice moment, Doyle. Love the motion blurr here, showing the activity. Well exposed and composed.

Most excellent, Doyle! Love that you got the motion, but photo is still very clear.
