No this is not a reflection at all. I just think that clouds sometimes do look like the ocean and so therefore the name.
I agree it is pixelated a lot, and probably too much but is supposed to be abstract ( not one of my better qualities) but I do appreciate your comments always ! How else am I gonna learn ! Ha !

Hi michelle, I think you need to bring out more detail so we can critique the image, you may need to save to a large file size. the image is pixelated (not sure if this is a word) and distracts from the photo, I think I get what you're trying to achieve. For a reflection- effect, you may want to put an "anchor" or reference point to show it is indeed a reflection.... Hope you don't mind my comments. Take care!
