Impressive shot.
It's very impressive how much you seem close to the subject.
I tried to make some egret captures, but even if I have used a 2X multiplied 400mm lens, the subject came very small.

A beautiful and difficult capture. I wonder how many viewers realize how small and fast this bird is? I know they can be so small and fast that it is sometimes hard to follow them when they are hunting down prey. I watched them last year hunting down Barn Swallows in full flight. Amazing how you can get them on camera at all.
