Thats kind of what i pictured LOL, or me sitting there crying cuz my bald eagle got crushed...
I have no problem and actually like it when I get the occasional "there is no bird in this photo Marcus" when I post a landscape or something...
All In good fun...
There is only one person that POs me on UF thats a guy I taught how to shoot birds in flight, now he has become really good, which I like but he sends me all his photos to work on in PS and they are all soft or light or dark etc. I have done most of his adobe to the point where a few of his look better than mine! but you can see the ones I didnt do..
but hes a good guy, just a lot of work...

Thanks P.C, I have been playing around with slow shutter also, and you really just need time to test different settings, I started this on out at 250 and F/8 and just played around from there, still not exactly what I was looking for but I do have 10 shots that are worse LOL. and there are only so many trains that go by in a day. but Im sure you have come up with some real winning shots, we are always our own worst critiques....

I have been experimenting with shutter speeds and have yet to achieve anything like this. You have actually captured speed in a stunning metallic glow. Nice work!

This is great Marcus, where's my duck? hahahaha...I like that you can see the details of some of the trees in the background...the gold color is nice and the way the light is illuminating the train is great, I like the diagonal in your composition too...you could also put this in the long exposure project....great capture..deserves an award....:):)
