Very nice Marcus!
I assume this is a White Tail Shrike? When I was out shooting the owls on the weekend I saw something that looked similar to this but dark coloured with some white on it. Same shaped head. He was flying low, back and forth over a field, hunting. Someone told me there were Shrikes in the area. I was in the car at the time, so no pictures.
