Love the tones, love the fact that you can see the bottom of the water. There's something about that that makes the whole image feel more "revealing", if that makes any sense. Your reflection pictures always feel like there is a message, and I enjoy the melancholy air about them. Wonderful work, as always, Karen! ...Brad

This is gorgeous and intriguing. The child points the way for the tree. I love the textures - overlaid on the tree, in the branches, everywhere!

Hi Karen, this photo creates a very strong multi layered effect, reflecting the clouds, and showing the rocks on the bottom of the pool in the reflection, as well as the reference of the "solid ground". Good work, and well composed. very interesting series. Did you post the aperture bug in the forum?
Cheers,
Hugo

I really like how you included the tree, it looks to be pointing the way as well. Gorgeous tones, clarity, and texture.

Fantastic - here it looks like it´s a sandwish technique even thought it isn´t, nature presented the possibility and you saw it Karen. Nice composition and mood, tones and how both the tree and girl is poiting at same direction!
