About sometime,
i feel like trying heights
by thinking i could take off,
oppose the gravity,
cast my shell away...
(the burdon of my soul)
far- far away,

How glad I am to hear that, Vandi! Errrm, I mean Visar! I mean... too much whisky! :-D

Moving away from all the typical "beauty fashions" that come and go like one day flies, is also freeing up the own self from much subjectivism and also from that kind of "formalized romanticism" of the puberty years! (You know, poetry albums and the like.) Maturity without awaking from that state is impossible.

Cheers! And that's cheers Visar!

thanks Nick, thanks for the thorough interpretation! indeed, that was the point of shotting this one, trying to place the cam between the shirt and skin- rather than draw attention only with beauty- which is rather relative and a matter of taste.

cheers, (on behalf of vandi) ;),

The plasticity generated by the game of shadow and lights converted the woman to a sculpture, Vandi! And so I think that it is a portrait but also a study of human characteristics, under quite an exact timing to catch the small moment that is special yet deosn't seem to be just "played". I see enough good details of the eyes (especially the eyebrows), and the face expression, facing straigt the "unknown", has something very very classical. I mean really classical, and not the typical "look at me" attitudes. So, it *had* to be B&W!

Cheers!

Nick

A very intense portrait,
difficult, for the strong light...
You have worked well and she is very beautiful.
Congratulation Visar.

WOW DUDE, this is just perfect, I mean everything inside this frame is perfectly balanced: compo, light, face expresdsion, details...
Love the sharp focus on the eyes which I am sure that they have a story to tell.

I have no other words except to congratulate you on another great portrait of yours.

Regards
B.L.

A feeling, a streak of light
That touched the soul and went away silently.
