Like grain effect and the details perspective on foreground!!!!!!
By the way,in my honest opinion,background,with its nocturnal light and dark shadows too,make the shot!!!!
The texture of street is remarkable and the dof as well!!!!!

This is the type of mood photograph that would also lend itself very well to B&W or sepia. (As you already know) It looks great in the colour that it is too. Full of mystery.
