Ouch! Right where it hurts the most, too. I didn't see that little crab spider on the thumbnail. It's so well camaflaged. Cheers, Ann.

Wonderous shot, Joggie! Sometimes, nature can be so beautiful, yet soooo brutal! So glad we're top of the food chain, for now. ;-)

Ps. Thanks for your comments, and for letting me know more about what kind of flower it is.

Dear Joggie,

your work with the yellow color is particularly eye-catching. The 'Daisy' was also one of my favourites.. in fact, I had it on my desktop for quite some time..

This one here is another amazing work with color, on one hand, and macro on the other. Amazing, isn't it - how much learn through the eyes of the camera ?

best regards,
Avi

What a dirty trick! Mr spider really blends into the flower - a really amazing point of nature but a really sad reality for the fly. Your details show every hair and tiny spider eye! Excellent as usual!

Splendid, in your style: simple, neat, clear.
What a strange insect Joggie. It seems a mix of partes of different insects.
Bravissimo!
Have a nice weekend.
