Wonderful Gertrud, a very calm feeling when reaching the front door of home. I love the composition and the relaxing position of the feet. Well done~

Very nice Jeanette, I love the golden glow of the sky. Really nice composition with the main focal point being the spot where the bridge, line of trees and boat all point towards-makes me think of a sun and its rays. Looks like a very peaceful place, nicely captured~

Very interesting image Thilo. I like how you decided to focus on the bottles on the table, with the musicians in the background blurred out-but still very recognizable. Great colors also love their vibrancy. Nice work~

Nice job Jeanette, I like how the window reflects the colors of the sky. Great angles, well done~

Paul, this is an outstanding portrait. I like the way their colorful clothing make them really stand out against the earthier colored background. The softness of the skin is just perfect-not overdone at all-which can be difficult to pull off (at least for me). I like how the littlest one is looking away, after all younger children usually have less of attention span for these things. Very well done~

Talk about an image that would fit perfectly in with the lines category. And even though there are lines all throughout the image, with roof, sidewalk, and shadows-its not at all cluttered. Actually when I view this image it gives me a sense of silence and calm. Well done, great in b&w-I'm sure in color there would not be the same feeling~

A very strange and interesting building. I love the color tones, esp. the deep blue of the sky. Wonderful image, it almost seems as if the house is sinking like a ship in the water.

Nice composition of images. I like that you have used the dof to help make details such as a bike seat or handle bars stand out in the two center images that would otherwise be too cluttered. I also like the many colors from the bicycles surrounding the images, and it appears that the owner of the bike on the bottom left won't be riding away on it any time soon.

You know Paul, when I viewed this through the thumbnail, and even with first impression of the image above, it appeared like a cemetary. Its truly a beautiful moment captured, I love the overall orange, and there is something peaceful and calm about it. Nicely done~

You know from the thumbnail I had thought of a rusty wall with streaking. It just goes to show that there are million ways to look at an image. Lovely image as always~

Its like being up close to a dragon's eye-particularly makes me think of the dragon from Shrek. Very good composition, you have a great "eye" for these things...

A flower that has exploded...everything good always has to come to an end, and this represents that perfectly. Great contrast..great idea for using a light colored balloon with a dark nail. Great work, excellent idea~

I like the way the yellow leaves of the tree stand out against all of the bare trees. I also like the framing of it between the two trees. Nicely seen~

I really like how in the reflection you can see the arms and upper body unlike in the upper part-like two different personalities in one image. I love the tones too, a favorite~

My chosen title for this would be "Left to Die". As it seems that no one cares for the building or that wall, instead they vandelize them. The bench has become cracked and its only inhabitant is a lonely piece of advertising that no one cared to read. And then to top it all off you have a ground covered in dead leaves that appear so pale and lacking any life. The only cheerful thing found in this is the beautiful colors. Well seen Thilo~

An instant favorite Jeanette. I love how the purplish pink wall behind represents some of the morning skies I have seen. It appears that someone has decided to stake their clame on it. Great find~

A beautiful minimalistic landscape, I wonder if it would not be enhanced even more without the bottom portion of yellowish-green. Anyhow a beautiful landscape shot, well done~
