Yeah, timeless, if it wasn't for his shirt.

Thank you for stopping by, Jessie.

Nice one..

But I couldn't help being annoyed by the exposure here. It's clearly inaccurate and compensated through software which made it lose lots of details.

I cannot understand how did this go unnoticed by these nice people who left their comments before me.

Regards..

very interesting, I should probably look for the Powaqqatsi film.
As for the conflict between traditional and modern ways, I see that every single day around me represented in the conflict between the young generation and the older one.
You know, unfortunantly, some of the old crafts around here are extinct, or on their way to be extinct. Those old crafts are normally passed over to the younger generations. However, youngsters nowadays have adapted themselves with modern lifestyles and abandoned their ancestors' crafts.

* Look what have you done, Dan. You made me go on and on about old crafts while all I wanted to say was a simple "thank you"

Thanks for passing by, Dan. :)

Yeah it is easier, and I do have a programmable one. However, this technique is much better in order for me to avoid light noise..
Besides, I had my cable busy with my F90x. ;)

Thanks for stopping by Ronen.

What an amazing shot.
Loved the close crop that imphasized his inscription and beard.
However, it does seem a bit underexposed which made you lose some details in the lower half of the shot unfortunantly.

7, for the impact of the shot..

WOW, great shot.

Question, did you focus at infinity or just went hyperfocal on this scene? And which one would be the better choice in situations like this one?

To tell you the truth, I was so excited when I saw the thumbnail, but got a bit disappointed upon seeling the larger version.

The composition and the point of veiw are amazing. The background is also great.

But, unfortunantly, it's shaky.

If I were you, I would return to the place and look for taking a similiar shot with a faster shutter speed.

Regards.

WOW, how long did that rebel xt go before running out of batteries? I'm suffering with my D200 it can go up to 2 hours only.

Great job with this shot, Marco. However, its a bit too sharp. ;)

Great shot, Rob.
Always wanted to take some stage shots in concerts, but never had the chance.

By the way, 200 f2? WOW, must have cost you a fortune.

I really love this one.

Amzing and very different PoV. The only challenge with this angle is the DoF, but in this case, the vase is not so important.

Truly wonderful. 7!!
