I couldn't find it on line either so I'll do my best to describe it. Set a clear glass baking dish about six inches above your working surface with books or wood blocks. Fill the dish about 2/3 with water. Place a colorful background on the working surface under the dish. I used the grocery ads from the newspaper. Drop some cooking oil in the water. Set your camera on a tripod, level it to the plane of the water, use manual focus and let it rip. Change the background and stir the oil with a fork. Hope this helps. Dave
PS: I didn't have macro or extension tubes available so I just used my 18-135 lens
